manipulation of status-Information

hallo!

if i sign on in ms-messenger, my status is "online". that is correct;
but I will log on first with a shown status "offline". i will change
it myself if i want.

has anybody suggestions where i can configurate a start-status
"offline"?

Greetings Hart,

Unfortunately no, Messenger itself doesn't have this capability.  You can however find
third-party patches and tools which will allow you to login as offline, you can find these on
http://www.mess.be, look in their download section (more specifically the 'MSN Messenger
Addons, Bots, Tools & Tweaks ' section) for 'JnrzLoader', 'Nega Patch' and others.  Keep in
mind that these are unsupported and may cause some odd behavior.
