emails not going through

If you mean from your Internet Service Provider (SWBell), you may want to contact them.

If you are using outlook express try:
Tools / Accounts /Mail / then select the email account you are having
trouble
with by selecting it. Then click Properties and then the Servers tab
towards the bottom of that display you will see:

Outgoing Mail Server:
__
|__| My server requires authentication

Put a checkmark in that box my clicking on it.
It should work. If not go to Settings in the same area and click it

Then fill in "log on using" with your username@domain_name
your standard email address for your ISP, and provide your password
This is usually the same information as your incoming mail, which is
why it should normally work without this step.

Do not fill in or check "Log on with Secure Password Authentication"
in most cases.  Make sure that there are no typos in your Pop and
Smtp server urls. Regards, Stephen
