Hi,

We are using a Linksys router WRTs4g (wireless although
this is the main computer) and have an earthlink
connection through SPRINT (DSL) here in Vegas.  For some
reason we can not get the audio connection to work.  Any
suggestions?

Greetings Rags,

Firstly, make sure you have the latest firmware for the router from here:
http://www.linksys.com/download

If you've already done that, then make sure that you have Universal Plug and Play (UPnP)
enabled in the router configuration.  If you had to turn on UPnP, reboot, and then try again.

Most likely you are behind a firewall and using some kind of NAT. If so
I highly recommend RealTunnel from Paradial (www.realtunnel.com). I wa
having the same problem and decided to download their free IP tunnelin
sw-worked like a charm !

I also suggest you read their demo.

Cheers,
AA
