Hi, Can be used the Movie Maker to create a video witch frames to be parts of an existing video's frames? So I'd like to cut a part of a video (if the initial video size is 384x288 I'd like to use a 300x225 pixels from the center of initial frames). If it couldn't, can you reccomand another solution?
