I've just opened my latest project only to find the quality choppy. It seems
almost pixelated. It was fine the last time I worked on it, but I don't know
what happened; I did nothing at all too. Does anyone know what I could do to
restore the usual quality?

If you save the movie as a wmv and watch it in WMP, what does it look like?

Sorry it returned it's original quality. Thanks anyway.
