Help Half of my screen is green!!!!

hello
i need help i have made my movie on movie maker half of the movie is my
friends wedding video and the other half is pictures from the wedding. I
burned it to a dvd-rw and when we took it out and placed it into a dvd player
and watched it on the tv the video part of the movie is green on the bottom
half. how do i make that go away and just show the video at full screen????
the rest of the movie is fine

Is it green if played on your pc?
Is it green if you save the movie as a dv.avi file on your pc and watch it
in media player?
