Having tried viewing Big Brother Online, then it saying i needed a security
update. I was advised by the program to reintall windows media player 10, I
uninstalled WMP 10, then downloaded the setup file from microsoft.com, then
tried to install and each time getting an error message saying:

"The Software you installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify
its compatibility with windows XP. This software will not be installed.
Contact your system administrator."

It doesnt install and now i have no WMP on my computer, please help, im a
novice when it comes to anything to complicated to do with computers????

Much appreciated if anyone can help me. :)

Should not have deleted previous copy.  Download and reinstall right over top
of the old copy will do the trick.  The Resolution is at this website, but
it will take
some reading and work to correct it.  Good luck.  :~)
