Since upgrading to XP Pro I cannot use MP 10 to play any music previously
downloaded from Napster, or get any new music from them. I get error messages
re licences and the fabulous "Windows Media Player encountered an unknown
error. This can occur when another program or operating system component
encounters a problem but does not communicate the nature of the problem to
the Player."

Any help greatly accepted.

Upgrading from what to XP Pro?  You'll now need to upgrade your
soundcard drivers that are compatible with XP.  Go to the manufacturers
website to do that, they are FREE.

I upgraded from XP Home. I can play music from CD, but not any stored on my
hard drive. When I try and get more music from Napster I get a licence error
message.

You may need to do a reset of the settings at the Napster website
that are compatible with your new OS.
