No wave out or stereo out option as audio i/p source!

hello,
i tried to record a song from winamp radio using Arial Sound recorder.
Unfortunately, in the audio input source, there is no Wave Out source!
I checked it in Windows Movie Maker also but it was missing there also
as well as inn the windows mixer. I have an on board soundcard by
Realtek. How do i get the Wave Out option??
