Wnenever I go to play a song, the song chops and skips!!! PLEASE HELP!! I
have Windows XP and I dont know what to do!!! Any help would be GREATLY
appreciated!!

Try WMP instead of WinAmp and see if that works.

Ok, thank you Byte for all the helpful info, but it says that I have an
already updated version of WMP on the system, and I made WMP the default
player, no luck. I tried the troubleshooting thing and still no luck. I'm at
a loss...oh, and I dont know if this could be a hint to help you out or not,
but I have a program called "Cool Edit", its a music program for makinig and
recording music, and it does the exact same thing if I try to "play" or
"record" anything. This is so frustrating, I hope that little clue helped to
maybe give you an idea of what it might be. Thanks again for all your help.

BTW:  Never heard of Cool Edit nor tried it.  Try this one, it is FREE
