Hi All:
I want to download a song which does not sell at any stores.

However, there is one condition which states this song can not be
distributed anyone.

My question is:
(1) Is it safe for me to download this song?

(2) How can I download a song by using Real Player?
Besides this, I have Roxio which was purchased about three years
ago.

I would be truly appreciated it if you could give me proper guidance,
since I have NO experience in regard to 'download' any music.  I am
quite naive on this regard.

Thanks,

Hi:
Thanks for the response.

As I stated in my previous post, I am VERY naive regarding 'downloasing'
music.  Then, could you help me 'how to downloading a song' by using
Real Player or Roxio that I have in my computer?

Thanks,

Do you mean DOWNLOAD from the internet, or RIP from a CD?

Hi:
Thanks for the response.

I plan downloading from the Internet, because this song is not available at
any stores I've visited.
It's not 'oldies,' but for some reason it can not be purchased through the
local music stores.

To be honest and frank, it's quite scary due to my unexposure to
music-downloading..

I would be GREATELY appreciated it if you could guide me in detail/step by
step
as to downloading a song from the Internet.

I have two options, one is Read Player and other is Roxio which I purchased
about three years ago.
However, I prefer to use Read Player.

Thanks,

First, please don't change the subject title etc as it makes
thread-following harder.

AFAICT Roxio doesn't provide any web download services.
Assuming Real has the music you desire, then you should just go to their
website (www.real.com) and follow the instructions. Every site has
different steps to go through, but most will put restrictions on the
type and quality of music you can download.
