Ok, to give a bit of background, I did have HMV's download manager on my
computer.  I was updating it today and it told me that i had to delete the
older version of the HMV plugin to be able to install the new updated
version.  However, have gone into add/remove programs to remove the said file
(which appears in the add/remove programs list), clicked remove and a message
comes up saying:

"Error 1001. Exception occurred while initializing the installation.
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: File or assmebly name
HMV.Digital.Installer.CustomActions.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not
found."

I then click ok to get rid of that message, the computer thinks for a wee
while and then the following message comes up:

"Fatal error during installation"

I've done a search for all HMV fils/programs on the computer and its found
nothing.  However i get the updated HMV download manager installed until I
remove the old plugin....

Am totally stuck....

If anyone could give a repsonse as to what to do that would be really really
great!!!!  Plus could I ask that you do it in laymans terms as am not very
computer literate....  Many thanks in anticipation!!!
