I've just got an ipod nano and tried to install ipod + itunes on my laptop,
computer crashed whilst installing itunes.

But I eventually succeeded in installing both, but since installing itunes
refuses to open and keeps coming up with windows error message

"itunes has encountered an needs to close...."
AppName: itunes.exe    AppVer: 6.0.5.20    ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0    Offset: 10001040

I'm hopeless and have no idea what to do, have tried uninstalling itunes and
ipod a couple of times, but error still comes up and have also tried
installing latest web version of itunes, but to no avail.

Can anyone help?
