When I first bought my laptop computer a couple weeks ago
the sound on it was so loud I had to keep it turned down
but now 2 weeks later when I play music I have to crank
the volume to max and then put my ear up to the speaker
to hear a half decent sound.

Has anyone ever had or even heared of this problem
