Can you get deleted music files back?

During a fit of anger, a family member deleted about 1,000 mp3 files. Is
there any way to get these back?

Check your Recycle Bin, or your backups.

In addition to Mike's response, if no success, download the small app
from below website to a CD or floppy disk, NOT your harddrive for that
may overwrite what you are trying to restore, then run it from there.
