Everytime I try to open my volume control I get the following message. "Volume Control has encountered a problem and needs to close." Put your XP CD in your player, dont let it autostart. Then : Start > Run > type in msconfig > OK > Expand File > follow the instructions. You need to install the file in c:\windows\system32 and overwrite the existing file. Cheers, Jerry |
