trying to download songs to cd

Hello~ im trying to download some music to cd and i keep getting the message
: Connect a burner and restartthe player.. Im not computer smart by any
means ..can someone help what do I do ? thank you

Sorry, you do not download to a CD, you download from the Internet.
What application are you using to burn a CD?  Use CD-R's, not CD-RW's to
create music disks.  Doubleclick your My Computer icon on your desktop and
rightclick your CD-RW drive>Properties>Recording tab.  Now check "Enable
Recording on this Device">Apply>OK out.  If still nothing, post back your
results.
