Hi,

iTunes is acting strange.  I just unchecked 50 songs (that were
recently added to iTunes) before I updated my iPod.  iTunes changed
the names of the songs I unchecked to songs that were have been in my
library for over a year.  The playlists that these songs were in also
have changed.  All 50 songs are not in my library now.

I have iTunes7 on a Dell Dim4500, XP Home Edition, SP2

Any info on this strange behavior is much appreciated.

Please post answer to group as I don't check this email addy.

Cheers,

Then I suggest you contact their Tech Support or FAQ.  I don't know if the
below will be of any help for I am not an iTunes/iPOD fanatic.
BTW:  iTunes is not a Microsoft/WindowsXP product.
