mtp problems

hi
i have just had the same problems as everyone else with a creative zen v , i
put it down to the player itself changed it for another still the same , so i
have changed it for a samsung yp-k5j zb/xeu and that has the same problem , i
have tried all the fixes on here still no good , took it to my neighbours
house plugged it in alls well , so i am now at my teathers end and desperatly
need help

windows can not find the mp3 player keeps askin for me to insall drivers from
a disk  tried all the other so called fixes but that didnt help

If you don't have an installation disk then go to the manufacturer's website
and download the latest XP drivers from there.

Before intalling them, make sure your device is UNPLUGGED. Only plug it in
either when asked to do so by the software or after complete installation of
the software.
