What software, what type of media, data or music CD's, what error messages -

There were no error messages, I need to know what I can do to remedy this
situation if anyone out there has this knowledge please share. I'm runing
Running Win Media 11 using cd-r all new and the program rejected everyone
asking unused
cd's
