I have just hooked up an external hard drive loaded with music, and I can't
get WMP to acknowledge the drive and creat a library.  I also can't get the
package to accept a new folder that shows where the music is.

HELP!!!!!

When you click the My Computer icon on your desktop is the
external harddrive recognized?  If not, it is probably not set to "Slave".
Your internal harddrive is set as Master, and your external one should
have a switch on the back to change it.  It should be listed as an "E" or
"F" drive.  Then - you may get this error:
"Access is Denied" Error Message When You Try to Open a Folder
