Windows Media Player 11 help!!!!!!!! PLZ!!!

hey everyone  

acouple weeks ago my WMP 11 stop working and now i cant add or eve
make a playlist or even save a song in my WMP 11

ive tired to delete the currentdatabase_360 from "%USERPROFILE%\Loca
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Medi
Player\CurrentDatabase_360.wmdb

but everytime i try to delete it, it tells me that another program i
using it still and i have shut down everything ... can anyone tell m
what im doing wrong here or what program is still using it?  i jus
want to listen to my music again without having to click on every son
from the folde

Try uninstalling WMP 11,restart pc,reinstall WMP.Also,in WMP,click on tools,
options,set the properties tabs as needed..
