i updated media player now it won't let me log back on it . The message say's
to restart the computer and log on as a administrator. I restarted the
computer after the update was finished and I am already listed as a
administrator

Sorry crystal ball isn't working.

What do you mean you up graded - from 9 to 10 or 10 to 11.

Can't log on - it won't start ? You're trying to log on to a music site or
streaming site ?

IF you've upgrade from 10 to 11, then roll back to version 10. Does that
solve your problems ?
