I accidentially deleted some of my music files. It appears the files are
still there but will not play. They are all WAV files. I get error message
COOD1199-cannot play file. When I pause over a file it appears to be there
but does not show a Bit Rate. Otherwise it is the same. I used Avira Unerase
and retrieved the files but I don't know how to put them back together so
they will play. Can anyone give me some help. Many thanks, James

Did you delete only wav files or any system files as well. This error refers
to a missing CODEC :

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=COOD1199&btnG=Google+Search

Try using this to get your files back :

http://www.officerecovery.com/freeundelete/download.htm

It works well and will restore the files with original extensions and
properties.
