zune software

Iam running xp sp3 and i just did a system restore. Now my zume software

device in ,it state "to start, update the zune software on your pc." I went
to windows update and downloaded version 2.3, but when it said launch nothing
came up. Everthing is same as before.

SP3 is NOT the final version, merely a Release Candidate, in other words its
a Beta version. There may be issues with the Zune software. You should be
able to un-install sp3 andn go back to a sp2 state. Try that and see if it
helps. Note that in Add/remove Programmes the option is at the end of the
list. Make sure Show Updates is checked.
