network access

I can get all pc,s on my network to show up but i get
this error when trying to open them up . But i can access
this pc from the other pc,s on my network
\\Moms is not accessible. You might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the administrator
of this server to find out if you have access permissions.

The network path was not found.

Greetings Brad,

Make sure the XP's firewall is disabled. It is only for direct connections
to the Internet. The XP's firewall blocks file and printer sharing by
default. If you installed a third party firewall such as Norton Firewall,
Zonealarm, or Sygate, make sure it isn't blocking access between the
machines. Ensure NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled on all machines. Details
