Need Help In Opening Outgoing TCP Port 51215

Hi ...

I would like to know that how can i open Outgoing TCP port 51215 ..
this problem basicly occurs when i try to connect this site
http://chat.mobilinksms.com ... its a web sms site for cell users i
Pakistan ...

THIS THING SHOWED UP WHEN EVER I TRIED TO LOGIN :

"Log Out...Could not Connect...

Dear User, If you are behind a firewall or within a company local are
network (LAN), you will need to open outgoing TCP connections to Por
51215 on your proxy server."

What firewall do you use?  If it's Windows XP's Internet Connection Firewall
then see:
