When I have more than one internet explorer windows open
windows stacks them in the taskbar. Is there a way to make
each window have its own spot on the task bar while open.
Also when I print anything the printer selection popup
always hides behind all of the open windows. And I have to
minimize them all to find it. Any help would be much
appreciated

Hello
Open  Control Panel>Taskbar & Startup Menu>take the check mark out of Group
Similar Taskbar Buttons

As for the printer open the toolbox and set the defaults go to the
Properties set it to spool doc's and to start printing immediately.
