I have a network with 4 computers and a network printer
connected through a LinkSys BEFSR41 router and a HUB.
The Computers are a Workstation two Laptops and a
Server.  The workstation is running WinXP Pro and so is
one of the laptops.  The server is running Server 2K3.

The problem is that the workstation communication's is
slow to the network.  If I send a file to be printed, i
get printer errors.  If I copy a 1.5MB file from the
workstation to the server it takes at least 1 minute
while the same operation is less then 1 sec. when done
from the laptop.  The speed seems fine when copying a
file from the server to the workstation.

Distance is not a facter since everything is in my
office, a spare bedroom.

The router indicated that everything is communicating at
100mbps.

I am having trouble determining if the problem is in the
wworkstation or the router.

Any suggestions?
