IE6 Cannot display page

My IE6 browser  on ICS host always displays "The page
cannot be displayed".  Client IEs are fine.  (Internet is
via a dial-up link).

I have reset TCP/Ip stack and Winsock.  The PC passes all
netdiag tests.  All Internet pings (name and ID are fine
(they would be - clients work.)

Probably an unrelated problem - Outlook fails send/rec if
Norton antivirus e-mail check is enabled but not if it is
not.

I need some more things to try.  I am fairly convinced
that there is nothing wrong with communications.  The
problem seems to be around IE.

I seem to be having the same problems, i am using a broadband connection and all connections are working but IE still seems unable to show a page.

Need help asap.
