Is there any way to permanantly delete and erase internet
history and or downloads?  Will using the restore disc's
work?  What about the norton government wipe info?  Thank
you!

the norton system works has a wipe info tool that over
writes all free space to the Department of Defense
standard.

Use a "shredder", there is one found in Spybot S&D's Tool
section, add any files to be shredded and it basiclly
tears them up, stomps on them, and then burns them into
little ashes. If not, goto Download.com and search
for "file shredder."
