Have formated and reinstalled XP sp1. PC on small office lan with ADSL connected via hub to all users Every pc can access the internet and download email via outlook express except one which can only download mail but cannot access the internet. And what do you mean by "access the internet"? Do you mean the WWW? Anybody who is getting mail from their ISP is "accessing the internet" in a very real way and that suggests that the problem is possibly in the browser setup on this one computer.
