Does anyone know of a consumer level router (hopefully
wireless) that can be configured to limit upload and
download internet speeds per user? Or is there a way to do
it that dosent involve using one of my computers as a
server?

Hi

The only consumer level Router that might do so is probably a Hacked Linksys
802.11g.

A little about the topic here:  http://www.ezlan.net/monitor.html

Jack (MVP-Networking).
