Tcpip service won't start on XPsp2

hi,

my XP sp2 won't run tcpip service!

i've try every netsh command,
try winsockfix programs,
try to uninstal sp2 to SP1 & run sfc /scannow
try to reinstall SP2

but i've the same problem :
net start tcpip won't run, it say me (translate french 2 english)  "can't
launch ip driver, error 2, file not found, "
ping says the same error 2 and it cant contact ip
and ipconfig says me some crap msg,
i 've the event 7000 like it can't lauch tcpip

i have no system restore.hardware works very well on an other partition. and
kaspersky, on other partition, found nothing

first, the problem became after i install a minor update of "Outpost
firewall"
and vmware...:(

i have no more idea, could anyone help me plz?

i try to re-install tcpip by selecting tcpip in windows\inf but it has no
actions...

Nobody have an other solution which could help me?
