Dear Sir,
The number of simultaneous connections for Windows XP Professional is 10.Can
anybody tell how to increase this so that I can connect more users to a
shared folder in my Windows xp pc.

Thanx

Lokesh

You'll need to upgrade from XP PRO to a real server OS, such as Win2003 Server.
Or, downgrade to W98, which has no such limit.  Or, switch to Linux.

for this instead of going your suggestion.
Thanx for quick reply.

Sorry.  How would Bill Gates be able to eke out a living, if he gave away
server capabilities to folks who only pay for workstation software?  Do

Buy a copy of Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003.
