I installed  Win XP  and when I launch Battlefield 1942 (multiplayer) omline
I get kicked completely out  of the game and back to my desktop.   The game
plays great until I try to go online.  I tried disabling my firewall and my
antivirus protection and this did not work.  All of my other machines have
Win 98 and they work perfect.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks - Jamie

Have you checked with the game manufacturer to see if this is a known
problem and/or if a fix for it exists?

Go to the game website and verify whether is there any patch for this?
Alternatively try posting on the game forum if there's one.
