Network drives do not reconnect when windows xp restarts

Even if you select the Reconnect al logon check box when connecting a network
drive, the drive it is not reconnected when xp restarts till you open the
network drive using the windows explorer. Do you know if it is possible to
reconnect automatically the drive when windows xp restarts?
