All,

In Windows XP the network drives in explorer show the full path (i.e.
Microsoft on v:\microsoft\home)

I just want the icon to say v: like it would in Windows 2000.  How do I
change this setting?

Thanks,

Erik

Open Windows Explorer, right click on the shared drive and select Rename.
Change the name to 'Disk.'
