Hi!

I use my laptop in about 15 different wireless networks.  Is it possible to
automatically switch tcp/ip settings when I move from one ssid to another?
If windows can't do this, is there a 3rd party product that can?

Thanks!!
Joe

Joe,

Are the wireless networks providing DHCP settings?  If so, just set your
computer up as a DHCP client.

If you are talking about multiple networks with statically assigned settings,
you will need special software.

Not always.  Some require static IP and some DHCP.

OK, Joe, if more than one site uses static assignments, you'll need third party
software.
