Internet Problem, Can't find server

   I was wondering if someone can help me out. I had spysheriff on my pc. I
was able to get rid of it but I now am unable to access the net. I was on
another forum but nothing seemed to work. I guess when I deleted spysheriff
(with Dr.Web) it sometimes takes windows files with it. I needed some kind of
file, here

Download to desktop: http://www.spywareinfo.dk/download/fixskrivebord.reg 
Doubleclick on fixskrivebord reg, say yes to merge
(fixskrivebord=fixdesktop)

Run LspFix
Click on Iknow what I am doing. Click Finish and follow the prompts
 
I tried these and they don't work. Any suggestions. I can't even reformat my
pc because I need a boot disk to make the cd rom the first boot. Any info
would greatly appreciated.         Thanks Rob

Rob,

If you just removed spyware and your problem started, it's almost certainly an
LSP / Winsock problem.  LSPFix is only 1 of 6 known solutions, and none of them
is any more productive than the others - you may have to try all 6.
