How do I file share between two pc's

I got pc relocator software, I am trying to file share? I insert the
software on the old pc? everything is fine.  I install the software on
the new pc? everything is fine, but when it asked me for the IP address
or name of the old pc? I dont know how to make both pcs recognize each
other! please I need help.  Thanks

on each computer, type ipconfig /all command. That will give you the host name and IP.
