This is a perplexing problem. On some web sites, seleting a link causes the
MSIE 6.2 to redirect to a google search instead of the intended link. This
started after my NortonAV fixed a potential Trojan hijack. I have checked my
AV, HOSTS, and any other places that I thought might be damaged. All seem to
be ok. I ran a full virus scan and a complete scan with SPYBOT S&D. Still no
luck.

Help!!!

I am having this same problem also.  I run XoftSpy, CCleaner, Spybot S&D and
nothing seems to find a problem.
