You can use a message rule to do this. If the bulk of received email, are
sent in plain text, they shouldn't be larger than 10kb. Place this rule
below any rule, that moves messages into specified folders, and above ones
that delete and mark them read.

The rule should be like this:
1. If message is more than 120 lines (using a constant of 12 lines/kb).
2. Delete it (it will go to the Deleted Items folder), or Move it to a SPAM
folder that you create.
3. Stop Processing More Rules.

In time you can add Mark the messages Read, or even Delete it from Server.
But you should first see how this rule works, with the messages you receive
on a daily basis. Make sure when possible, if you subscribe to newsletters,
to always choose that they be sent in plain text.

How can I block junk mail where the body is a .gif file and seems to fall
outside the message rules in Outlook Express.
