Hi,

I have a computer connected to a Gateway/Router which is connected to a a hub
and a cable modem out to the Internet.

Strangely the LAN connection drops off every now and then.. (few seconds
sometimes).

I have re set-up up the MShome network, reset the cable modem and the
gateway/router and even put a new LAN card in but I still get the drop offs.

Any ideas what things could cause this?

Thanks

Rock

Why you didn't buy a switch instead of buying a New card, my guess may be
the Hub playing about, if your Router Settings is Okay.
