Windows Firewall Problem

The Programs and Services listed in the Exceptions tab of the Windows
Firewall are "greyed out" and will not let me edit them.  I have Admin rights
so what's up?

I will make sure this machine clean from malwares and viruses by scanning
form them:
Scan for malwares from here:
