If what you want to accomplish is to share the Internet connection from
your laptop (which it, in turn, gets from router2) to computers
connected either wirelessly or wired to router1, then --
- disable DHCP on router1
- connect the Ethernet cable from your laptop NIC to one of the LAN
jacks on router1
- do not connect anything to the WAN/Internet jack on router1

I would think that if a wireless client could connect to router1 it
could also connect to router2 -- unless, of course, router2 is
restricted in some way, such as for paying customers. In that case, the
owner of router2 may not be very happy if he figures out what you are doing.
