PC starts again

after shutdown is completed, my computer win XP,pentium 4.......starts again.
any suggestion welcome, thanks.

Disconnect the network cable does is stay shutdown?
Then go to BIOS and look for something like "Wake on LAN", normally under
Power tab.
Disable it.
