has anyone ever heard of this program. I am trying to install it and I can
not get to work

Hi,

What's not working? The program itself or the installation routine? If it's
the program, you should contact the vendor for assistance. You may need to
for the installation as well. In the meantime, try the generic installer
troubleshooter here:
