mouse pointer location returns information

Anywhere the mouse pointer sits returns information about what that location
is and does it over where it sits. How can I stop this?

Open Windows Explorer>Tools>Folder Options>View tab
Scroll all the way to the bottom and UNCHECK
"Show pop-up description for folders and desktop items"
Click Apply and OK
