I have been adding audio "clips" from CDs and then selectively adding them to
my Playlists.  The "clip" list is getting kind a' long.  Can I delete the
"clips" without them disappearing from "My Playlists"?

If I understand you. You have audio clips that you want to delte. You're
saving them to RealPlayer? I believe if you del. the track (song) itself,
from the pc (folder) it shouldn't remove them from the play list. But, if
you no longer have the track why would you keep it on the list?
My best guess is that the prog. would get to that point in the play list and
then tell you it couldn't find the file. At that point it would prob. stop
and you would have to restart it manually. Mind you this is my best guess.
The easiest way would be try it and see what happens.
Good luck.

> Yes, Larry...I want to delete "clips"/songs from a CD.  According to the procedure, I saved all the songs from the CD, then chose my favorite ones and created a "Playlist" with them.  That part is working.  What I'd like to do is delete those songs from the "clip" list that I really never want to hear again but still keep the mildly  likable ones "saved" (listed as saved clips)  as opposed to deleted or added to "My Playlist".

If this is too complicated, ignore me....I've played around with it for
hours; way too much time.  Maybe tomorrow, I'll just try it and see what
happens.  I just didn't want to erase all that I had accomplished today.

Ok, now I guess it depends on what you prog. saved the playlist in. I can
suggest, since you are picking and chooing songs from the list on the CD,
recompile the list. That is create a new list. Then you can just delete the
old one. But also as I said before, I don't see why if you have already
deleted the file, you can't delete it from the playlist..

Good luck.
